We have successfully upgraded our network infrastructure to significantly increase overall capacity and improve resilience against high-volume traffic events. Our teams are actively monitoring performance across all systems to ensure stability and optimal routing.

As part of this process, we are currently redistributing network traffic across our upgraded infrastructure to balance the load more efficiently and minimize potential impact during peak periods. These enhancements are designed to provide better protection, lower latency, and improved reliability for all customers moving forward.

    Hello,

We would like to address the recent concerns regarding network instability in our USA (Chicago) location. Our Chicago datacenter has been experiencing extremely large-scale DDoS attacks reaching multiple terabits per second. Despite having on-premise DDoS protection with redundant mitigation layers, the volume of these attacks has temporarily exceeded our current filtering capacity.

We are actively working with our upstream providers to increase and optimize the protection capacity in the Chicago region. For instance, NeoProtect is currently in the process of expanding its Chicago filtering infrastructure to handle these massive attacks more effectively. It’s important to note that these large-scale attacks are affecting several major DDoS protection providers globally not just us.

Please be assured that we are taking all necessary steps to enhance network resilience and ensure a stable and secure connection for all of our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we finalize these upgrades.
