Maintenance Announcement – Datacenter Migration

We would like to inform all customers that we will be conducting a planned infrastructure migration. As part of our long-term infrastructure strategy, we will be relocating all servers currently hosted in the Netherlands to our new datacenter in Frankfurt, Germany.

This migration follows our previous infrastructure transition within Germany and is part of our ongoing effort to improve network quality, reliability, and long-term service stability.

The decision to move away from the current Netherlands facility was made because the environment no longer meets the operational standards we aim to uphold for our platform. Our new Frankfurt datacenter has been carefully selected to ensure higher reliability, improved connectivity, and a stronger foundation for future growth.

What this means for you:

• All servers currently located in the Netherlands will be migrated to Frankfurt, Germany.

• The migration is part of our commitment to maintaining high service standards and long-term stability.

• Additional details regarding scheduling and potential service interruptions will be communicated separately.
